Let the factory suggest any finishing, any changes you must make if fabric and style don't work. 

Seams, lining, topstitches  

A simple tech drawing followed by a sample will save you costly Tech packs 

More than often changes are made after sampling, So don't finalise your tech pack if your payng for them.
